A diverse and international team with different specialist backgrounds, on different career paths and at different stages of their lives works in the SFB 1280. Professors, postdocs, doctoral students and early career researchers. All those involved in the research work contribute selected skills, individual motivations and their own life circumstances to the network. The individual engagement of each member with the research topic in a team also ensures their own further development. Our joint research work obliges us to take responsibility for each other, for the subject of our research and, of course, for the working conditions that we are able to create. We do this by promoting the next generation of researchers, family-friendly working, equal opportunities and through decades of experience in diversity management against the background of international teamwork in research.
