The German Research Foundation (DFG) has approved the Collaborative Research Center (SFB)/Transregio (TRR) 289 “Treatment Expectation” for another four years. In this interdisciplinary collaborative research center, scientists are addressing two central questions:

How do expectations arise?

What role do positive or negative expectations play when patients are treated?

We congratulate them and look forward to further collaboration on SFB 1280 projects A05, A10, A11, and A12.
