We are pleased to announce that the Berlin-Bochum Memory Alliance will meet for the third joint symposium. On March 20-21, 2023, the symposium, together with the International Graduate School of Neuroscience (“IGSN” >>) , SFB 1315 (” Mechanisms and Disturbances in memory consolidation” >>) and FOR 2812 (“Constructing scenarios of the past” >>) will offer two days of exchange. Guest speaker Lisa Genzel from the Donders Insitute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour at Radboud University will give insights into her work on “semantic-like memory in rodents”. On March 20, current PhD students will have the opportunity for exchange and discuss current ideas from the world of cognitive science at the PHD Memory Symposium. Articles from the 25th anniversary issue of the journal “Trends in Cognitive Science” will form the basis for this event. After two years of digital meetings, the event is finally back on site at Virchowweg 6 Charité, Campus Mitte (CCM) Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin. Our thanks to the organizers Mary Louise Grossman, Sandra Linn, Sabine Dannenberg & Vinita Samarasinghe and PHD Symposium organizer Lisa Velenosi.
