Brain Day, led by Director Prof. Dr. Denise Manahan-Vaughan (A04), has been offering exciting insights into neuroscientific research at RUB every year since 2011.
Under the motto “From basic research to therapy,” around 500 neuroscientists provide insights into their current research in lectures, hands-on activities, and at information stands. The aim of the event is to engage in conversation with interested parties, patients, and experts and to share the latest findings about the brain.
This year, SFB 1280 will also be represented. Visitors will have the opportunity to gain experience and insights into extinction learning through interactive stations.
This year, BRAIN DAY will take place on September 17, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Rub Event Center.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is requested via brain-news-igsn@rub.de or tel. +49(0)234 32-26682.
